BOOKINGS

To make a booking contact Music Café by email or telephone. To confirm a booking a payment of 25% of the fee is required to secure the date. Deposits are not refundable.

BALANCE PAYMENTS

Balance and other associated payments must be paid before the start of the event in cash or by cheque (payable to Chris Perkins).

PERFORMANCE TIMES

These are clearly stated on the booking form. Additional time by arrangement.

INSURANCE

The event hirer (as named on the booking confirmation form) assumes responsibility for all the equipment once it is installed at the event premises and it is their responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance for the hire period. Damaged equipment or other items will be charged at replacement cost.

SAFETY

The event hirer (as named on the booking confirmation form) will ensure that a safe mains electricity supply is provided. Clients are held responsible for their guest's behaviour during the evening and will ensure that health and safety is not compromised by abusive, threatening or dangerous behaviour. We reserve the right to end a performance early, without notice or refund, in the interests of staff and equipment safety.
